2. Use of the Platform
The Platform is intended for educational purposes. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any content generated by the Platform.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time. One-time purchases grant lifetime access. All payments are processed securely by Base44 Payments.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including AI-generated practice tests, is the property of PET B1 Practice. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee exam success or specific score improvements. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
